A strategy falls flat if it is not implemented. Methodically formulating and establishing is the key to results. Here are five cases in which I have been, or am, directly involved in producing, agreeing and establishing a vision.

They vary in character because the operations are different from one another. One thing they have in common is that a small amount of consultancy input used efficiently changed the orientation of the organisation.
