Interactive meetings
Establishment requires moving from ?everyone listens to one? to ?everyone talks to everyone else?.
Dialog and interactivity are unbeatable as regards getting a group to say what they think and see the best for everyone. In specially formulated forms of work we lead a process in which one can rapidly arrive at common ground for continued work.
One often encounters the argument, ?There will be nothing permanent from all our meetings anyway?. Then I like to construct a ?picture?.
Imagine one of your employees meets an old friend he hasn?t seen for years. He is asked how things are now. If he can then describe the company?s vision with a few strokes of a pen on a napkin and then explain what his contribution to it is, one has come a long way. That is what we strive for with interactive meetings.
