In specially formulated forms of work we lead a process in which one can rapidly arrive at common ground for continued work.<\/p>\n<p>One often encounters the argument, \u201cThere will be nothing permanent from all our meetings anyway\u201d. Then I like to construct a \u201cpicture\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Imagine one of your employees meets an old friend he hasn\u2019t seen for years. He is asked how things are now. If he can then describe the company\u2019s vision with a few strokes of a pen on a napkin and then explain what his contribution to it is, one has come a long way.
